Start of operational dissemination of OSI SAF Oceansat-3 winds

The operational dissemination of OSI SAF Oceansat-3 25-km (OSI-113-a) and 50-km (OSI-113-b) wind products through EUMETCast will start on 31 October. The data will be made available on EUMETCast in BUFR format.

OSI-113-a (25 km):

OSI-113-b (50 km):

The Oceansat-3 winds are already available on the KNMI FTP server, they are located in directories /scat/oceansat3 (BUFR format) and /scat/netcdf/oceansat3 (NetCDF format).
