OSI SAF Oceansat-3 winds status update

Today, we have updated our processing chain for the Oceansat-3 wind products (OSI-113-a and OSI-113-b). The wind speed re-calibration has been implemented and the wind speeds are back to their nominal level.
At the same time, we are experiencing an outage in the provision of input data. Therefore, the OSI SAF Oceansat-3 winds are currently unavailable.
