Missing OSI SAF OSI-430-a product files

Due to the missing SSMIS input data from the outage in the period 2024-09-12 to 2024-09-17 reported in earlier service messages, OSI SAF will not be able to generate the OSI SAF sea ice concentration ICDR (OSI-430-a) files for those days. This corresponds to files we would have delivered from 2024-09-28 to 2024-10-03. We expect OSI-430-a production and delivery to return to normal on 2024-10-04.
