Delayed OSI SAF sea ice products on EUMETCast

The OSI SAF sea ice edge, type and lr drift products (OSI-402-d, OSI-403-d, OSI-405-c) products were delayed on EUMETCast this morning (files with date stamp 20231128) due to an ongoing maintenance of the production servers. The issue causing this problem has been fixed.
