OSI SAF OSI-203-b and OSI-205-b back in production

As reported in service message #3096, the OSI SAF High Latitude SNPP VIIRS SST/IST L2 and L3 products OSI-203-b and OSI-205-b have been missing due to a space craft anomaly in the geolocation of the satellite. This anomaly has now been fixed and the OSI-203-b and OSI-205-b are produced again since 2024-11-09. 

We remind the users that all SNPP orbits are not processed, since we use the EUMETSAT EARS data stream where some orbits are missing.
