OSI SAF HY-2B/HY-2C winds unavailable

We are currently not receiving HY-2B and HY-2C input data. The OSI SAF HY-2B and HY-2C winds (OSI-114, OSI-115) are therefore not available. Note that you can check the processing status on https://scatterometer.knmi.nl/proc_status/.

Note that HY-2D satellite still experiences an anomaly, the OSI SAF HY-2D winds (OSI-116) outage is ongoing.
