OSI SAF High Latitude SST/IST products from S-NPP VIIRS still missing

As reported in service message #2710, S-NPP VIIRS data are currently not available. This is because of an anomaly on the space craft, which is now in Safe Mode and no sensor data are available.
Because of this the OSI-203-b and OSI-205-b SST/IST products will be unavailable until the sensor data becomes available again.
