OSI SAF High Latitude L2 and L3 VIIRS SST/IST still missing

As reported in service message #2492, the OSI SAF High Latitude L2 and L3 SST/IST VIIRS products OSI-205-b and OSI-203-b are missing due to missing input SNPP VIIRS data. This problem persist as there is a problem onboard the SNPP spacecraft which has caused the satellite instruments to enter a safe mode state where no nominal data are transferred.

Correction: service message #2492 reported that OSI-205-a and OSI-203-a were missing, but the missing products are indeed OSI-205-b and OSI-203-b-
