Gap in OSI SAF HL S-NPP VIIRS products

Due to missing S-NPP VIIRS data from EARS, as described in service message #3089, the OSI SAF High Latitude SST/IST L2 and L3 products were missing between 2024-11-13 05UTC and 2024-11-14 01UTC.
